All orders will be fully processed within 5 business days and will be shipped from a) one of our warehouse locations or b) one of our partner suppliers’ warehouse locations. Additionally, orders that include multiple quantities/products, may be shipped from multiple warehouse locations, and may arrive at separate times. 

WAHEP ships via FedEx as a primary delivery partner; however, the final choice of carrier will be made based on the size, weight and delivery type of your entire order thus UPS, USPS, or Amazon Delivery may also be utilized. 

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship, not including the date of purchase. 


Our packages DO NOT require a signature for delivery. 

If you feel that you do not live in an area that is 100% safe for package delivery, please take the precaution of using the tracking details included in your shipping notification email, to request that your package be held by the carrier until you can pick it up directly from the FedEx, USPS, UPS, or Amazon Locker location nearest you.  

Stolen or lost packages that have tracking details logged as “delivered” will not be the responsibility of WAHEP. WAHEP will assist with filing the FedEx claim, however we will not be responsible for refunds or any other compensation for items we shipped with valid tracking information.

Please provide a valid e-mail address during the ordering process to ensure that emails from the domain “” are not blocked by your e-mail filters; an email confirmation with carrier tracking details will be emailed to you when your order ships.
