Warranty

All refurbished computers are covered by the warranty period specifically outlined within the products’ description. Warranty covers parts and labor following the purchase, for the specified number of days stated within the products’ description. WAHEP warrants that the computer will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the full specified warranty period. 

Warranty covers computer tower hardware only; software is not covered under this warranty.

No other product sold on “wahep.com” is covered under this warranty; all other products are not covered under a warranty unless specified in the description of the product. 

During the warranty period, we will, at our option provide any replacement parts that are necessary to repair the computer; replace it with a comparable computer; or have the computer shipped in for repair. Replacement parts and computers will be comparable in function and performance to the original part or computer and will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Any potential damage that occurs during shipping will be covered under this warranty. However, this warranty does not cover damage due to external causes, including but not limited to accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, servicing not authorized or provided by WAHEP LLC. Unauthorized repairs will void this warranty. All repairs must be completed by WAHEP LLC or a partner supplier. All exchanges and/or warranty claims must be submitted during the warranty period specified for the product.

This warranty excludes problems caused by third party software and/or “apps”, unauthorized repairs, any unauthorized modifications, issues related to “cookies/malware/virus’” and any other issues related to Internet usage and/or damages caused by the actions of third parties. Data recovery is excluded under this warranty. Prior to shipping a computer in for repair, please backup the data on the hard disk drives and/or any storage device. WAHEP LLC will not be liable for lost data or software.

All laptops will function at full capacity with the provided AC adapter. Laptop batteries do not fall under this warranty nor are they guaranteed since they can not be professionally refurbished.

Returns & Refunds

WAHEP offers a 21 day return period for all items. When applicable, shipping costs are non-refundable.  Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping within this timeframe, unless related to a defective product or incorrect item received. A 20% restocking fee per product may be assessed at WAHEP’s sole discretion.

Customer must report any obvious, visible damage to the product within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund or exchange based upon such visible damage. If delivered items with visible damage are not reported within this time frame, customer cannot obtain a refund or exchange due to visible damage.  If your product arrives damaged, we will issue a return label for the damaged product. Upon receipt of the product, we will have another product sent to you. 

Customer must receive RMA within 21 calendar days (including holidays and weekends) of purchasing product; the RMA must be used within ten calendar days of being issued.

ALL RETURNS MUST RECEIVE A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER. 

Returned items must be in their original packaging, in the same condition received. 

To be eligible for a return, please first contact WAHEP by clicking here to complete a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form or email us via the “email us” feature located at the bottom right corner of “wahep.com”.  

 Note:  Returns shipped to WAHEP offices, warehouses, or partner warehouses with no RMA number will be returned to sender. 

Once a customer return is received, please allow 3-5 days for inspection and refund status update. After a full inspection of the return has been completed, customer will be emailed regarding their refund status. 

Please take necessary precautions to securely package all products included in your return. Any damage that has occurred to returned items will be the responsibility of the customer. Items damaged during shipping due to being improperly packaged, will receive less than the full refund amount or be refused.  

Once approved, WAHEP will process a refund within 3-5 days to the original form of payment which will be reflected in the customers’ account within the timeframe outlined by their financial institution. 

Orders purchased via QuadPay will be refunded less all QuadPay processing fees.

WAHEP is not liable for returns that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Customer must retain proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping return and contact the carrier regarding any issues if necessary.
